Tahaks nagu teada,mis ma tegema pean,et sellest viirusest lahti saaks???

kui sul win-i plaat olemas on siis deletid dos-is ära ning kui ta seda faili saada tahab siis küsib win plaati ning paneb sealt uue asemele. Dos-i saad kas boot diskiga, f8 või muul viisil. käsk on vist selline cd c:\windows\system32\ ning siis
del MSCONFD.DLL .Oli vist nii.

IQ oleks vist tõesti vaja mulle installida,kuna mina seda viirust tõepoolest killida ei oska.Windowsi plaati mul ei ole ja oma lolli peaga ma midagi näppida ei julge,äkki läheb veel hullemaks.

oot , ma ei saa pihta nüüd. Kas Norton ise ei paku deletemise varianti. Kõigepealt muidugi ta üritab parandada , kuid kustutamise variant peaks kah olema.

tee kõik mis ma ennem ütlesin aga tiri see fail netist oma windowsile ning kui küsib sult seda faili pärast kustutamist siis näita talle tiritud faili asukoht ette. Kustutamisel ei ole midagi ohtlikku kui teed nagu sulle öeldakse.

sealt altpoolt saad ilusa ning lihtsa õpetuse kuidas sellest troojast lahti saada. Kui sa mingist juhisest aru ei saa (alapunktist) siis küsi meilt abi. Aga tõesti ei viitsi tervet seda ilusat õpetust eesti keelde tõlkida.

Tegin siis selle juhise järgi sellise asja ära:

Windows XP

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Search.
Click All files and folders.
In the "All or part of the file name" box, type the name of the .dll file that was detected as Trojan.Bookmarker, for example:

msconfd.dll

Verify that "Look in" is set to "Local Hard Drives" or to (C.
Click "More advanced options."
Select "Search system folders."
Select "Search subfolders."
Select "Search hidden files and folders."
Click Search.

Siis ta leidis selle nakatanud faili(MSCONFD.DLL) üles aga mis ma edasi teen,kas kustutan ära?

Need valued mille kustutamisest juttu Need on seal Symanteci kodukal paar peatükki üleval pool!
Vaatad neid ja kasutad kustutamiseks: Start | Run... | regedit.
Register ongi selleks mõeldud, et sealt võtavad kõiksugu programmid oma andmed. OS võtab sealt teadmiseks mida ta laadima peab.
Ja siis ta lebki selle viiruse jubina ! Kui faili juba kettal pole seal kus ta peask olema siis võib öelda, et viirus on deaktiveeritud.
Kuid registris on tema kohta käiv inf olemas. Need tuleks kustutada endal.

Safe modet ei oska käivitada ? Kui arvuti käima hakkab minema siis peksa F8 seni kuni menüü ette vskab vastava valikuga.
