Esimene koolitus läbitud. Väga asjalik päev oli. Enamus oli praktilised harjutused. Soovitan kõigil kellel huvi on, end kirja panna.
Jah, vastuseks saad, et kohad täis ja järgmine korraldatakse kunagi tulevikus. _________________ ...life is random...so am I...

Neil on plaanis oluliselt koolitust laiendada. Hetkel on 1 meeskond ainult koos droonidega.
Kutseid saab Discordi kaudu.
FPV droon on ikka täiesti teine maailm. Instruktor demos kuidas sellega lennatakse. Mingeid abivahendeid on minimaalselt, jääb ainult piloodi osavus. Kiirused on üle 120 km/h

Jah, miks ma muidu end kirja üritasin panna. _________________ ...life is random...so am I...

The Financial Times reports that Europe is poorly prepared for rapid troop deployment to NATO’s eastern flank.
“The clock is ticking,” says former U.S. Army Europe commander Ben Hodges. And decisions must be made before any attack begins.
If Russia strikes countries along its border, transporting troops and equipment from major western ports could take up to 45 days. Brussels wants to cut this to three to five days, but for now that goal is more fantasy than reality.
The main obstacle is civilian infrastructure. Bridges can’t handle heavy armor, EU railways aren’t standardized, and every country has its own rules.
And then there’s the legendary European bureaucracy: paperwork for a single convoy can change from border to border, and NATO still requires paper documents due to cyberattack risks.
The alliance estimates that in a major war it would need to move around 200,000 troops, 1,500 tanks, and 2,500 armored vehicles from the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
Everything needs to function “like clockwork,” generals warn.
But reality is far from that. The EU is trying to build a “military Schengen” and unify rules and routes so troops can move without delays.
Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland have already begun simplifying military transport procedures and involving private companies.
Germany should take over the historically American role of Nato Europe commander, Donald Trump’s envoy to the Western alliance has suggested.
Matthew Whitaker, the US ambassador to Nato, said he hoped Germany would one day volunteer for the prestigious role of Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
He told the Berlin Security Conference: “I look forward to the day when Germany comes to the United States and says that we’re ready to take over the Supreme Allied Commander position. I think we’re a long way away from that, but I look forward to those discussions.”
Mr Whitaker added that Washington would like to see Europe’s military capabilities become equal to America’s, describing this as an “aspirational goal that we should all look forward to”.
Ameeriklased demovad droonivastaseid 5.56 padruneid. Reaalselt sellega FPV drooni vastu saamiseks tõenäoliselt vajab ka suurt portsu õnne. Alla õnnestus tal saada tavaline väike aeglane droon ja seda päris mitmendal katsel.
