toide võib teha häält ja võib ka video kui vaatad mingit flashi või midagi ja fps on suur seal tekib video coil whine.

tegin salvestuse: http://www.upload.ee/files/5800298/noise.flac.html
pistsin kõlarile mikri ninaalla. firefoxis oli lahti HV leht ja kerides teeb sellist urinat.
vist miski lahendus leitud. helikaardile eraldi toide järgi ja müra kadunud. enne (ja vanema moboga ka) tuli toide üle firewire kaabli.

muidu neil oli taoliste äparduste tarvis selline juhend, et pane BIOS'i fail mälupulga juurikale ja boodi masin nii, et muid kettaseadmeid küljes ei ole.

Kuskil on lihtsalt halb maandus ma eeldan. Salvestust kuulata ei saanud kuna tööarvutisse ei viitsi tirida flaci suutlikku asja. Järelikult eelmisel emaplaadil oli selle konkreetse ühendusviisi maandus paremini lahendatud. Kui helikaardi väline toide probleemi lahendab, siis soovitangi seda kasutada. Tõenäoliselt teeb ka uus emaplaat sama asja.

see juhend sobib kõigi tootjate emaplaatidele katsetamiseks kui muud lahendused ei tööta

Jah, vanasti oli flopi selle jaoks. BIOS fail flopi juurikasse ja "pime boot".
Nüüd on flopi surnud ja USB mälupulk seda asendamas. Loomulikult peab mingi pimebootimise võimalus olema.
