A: There won't be much change to ML. You can consider this to be a period of "hibernation" for ML, only after WE7I will there be more drastic changes. Of course, we have considered adding the element of player aging to successive seasons of running ML.

Q: Sorry, a personal question: what will happen to the frequency of handballs being called ......
A: It will be drastically reduced. Initially, we added the concept of the handball so as to eliminate the "Hand of God"-type plays ...... aside from that we now aim to cut back on the use of the handball. I trust there will now be much less complaint about this issue!

Q: Is there anything you are not happy with?
A: As you know, we are game players too! We actually have held big meetings for WE; as we play the game, we will make comments like "next time we can have this, or that". Maybe we are watching the Champions League, and we say, "hmm, doing this could be interesting. Unlimited number of ideas can be generated from this kind of discussion.

Q: Hmm, as football in real life gets more exciting, surely so too will WE?
A: Yes. Up till now, we have included lots of basic moves. However, we are now contemplating adding "super plays" which are above and beyond the current knowledge and skill of existing players. For example, in WE players usually can't get away a powerful shot if they are turning around, but I will make Pele capable of doing it. We are still working out these types of concepts, but the basic idea is to add more "personality" to individual players to a certain degree.

Q: In other words, the concept of simply assigning numerical values to different skills is no longer adequate ...
A: Yes. If we only pay attention to skill gradings, then in the end even if we have a player like Pele, he won't be that much different from the others. This is a great source of frustration for us. Now we are spending a lot of effort to figure out ways to solve this problem without focusing too much on skill levels.

World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International looks to improve on everything that made last year’s installment the critical hit that it was. The most notable upgrade is the graphics, which have been completely redone. Players have brand-new animations and look much better this time out. Plus, six new stadiums add some more variety to the scenery for a total of 21 arenas.
Year in and year out, the reliable star of the series is the finely tuned gameplay, and that constant is intact so far. Controls in the preview version were responsive, and the A.I. of your opponents and teammates was quite lifelike. The audio also sounded great with authentic crowd chants and commentary in both English and Spanish.

If there were any complaints about the previous version, it certainly was the relatively paltry selection of teams as compared to rival FIFA Soccer. Winning Eleven 7 still won’t come close to matching EA’s roster, but it now has over 100 international and club teams. Making up the difference in numbers is the depth in each of the teams, which is clearly apparent in the immense Master League mode that provides incredible micro-management controls over game strategies, player development, schedules, and salaries. As if there wasn’t enough to do already, this year also sees a 40-percent increase in options available in Master League mode.

Nii ma siis ka tagasi asja juures. Peale seda, kui proovisin PES 3-e pole enam fifat kordagi mänginud. Loodan, et on rohkem inimesi, kes ikka proovivad vahel uusi asju ja ei ole vanade küljes kinni, nagu fifa fännid. Tahaksin väga ka seda Winning Eleven7 proovida, loodan et on muudetud ka seda paremaks.

Üks probleem on seoses PES 3-ega. Mul mängu ajal jookseb nagu mäng pidevalt kinni ja kui alt+enter(ekraani väikseks teen ja uuesti suureks muudan) siis saab edasi mängida. Muidu nagu klaviatuur nagu enam ei funkaks. Ja ma olen juba uue klaviatuuri ostnud ja see teeb samamoodi. Milles siis viga on, äkki keegi teab .
Väga hale on tehnilise vea pärast kaotada mõnd tätsat mängu. Nt kiilub kinni midagi liigutada ei saa ja tsenderdatakse mulle ja lüüakse värava ja mina olen ainult pealtvaataja. Palun aidake!!!!

go up. So you needed to always move to turn . But in "8" , you don`t have to move .
You could turn your self upwards without moving the ball . There`s a well known scene that
uses this movement , if the opponent comes from front of you , first you stop the ball .
Next you jump the ball , and turn your back to your opponent . And then , after protecting the ball
turn again where you were heading and outrun the opponent .

Int. : So you can just , adjust the direction your facing with out moving the ball .

T : Yes . You don`t have to use space , so the variations for dribbling increased .
For controllers , there are some other secret features added too, so the
feeling of playing is going to change alot .

Int. : In Winning Eleven 7 International , you could make the ball float by using the right analog stick
pressing Down > UP . And it looks like there are more of these kind of stuff .

T : Yes. There are some technical moves (feints) added that you could use .

Int . : What kind of feints are there ?

T : For example , you try to go right, cut back just before touching the ball , and go left.
You could do these kind of movements ordinarily.

Int. : Looks like dribbling is fun !

T : Well ..some parts have been weakened . In the past series , you could easily break through the side
by using dash dribbling . But this time , players that have low dribbling capability runs (dash`s) really slow.
So its hard to break through sides this time . It will be hard for teams like Japan .

Int .: Are there any other changes with the controllers ?

T : In the previous game , Marseille Roulette was added , and there were opinions that the
analog pass was very hard to use because it use`s the same button .And you needed to press down the R3 button to use is . So this time ,we
made it so that the users could chose to ,
turn the right analog stick 360 degrees while pressing in the R3 button , or just turn the right analog stick
360 degrees for Marseille Roulette . You could change this in the Key config .
Int. : It looks like the choices of pass`s increased .

T : There`s no change of commands , but if you hold down the button about 1/6 seconds long ,
the target changes to the player thats a little far from you . In the past WE series , even if you wanted to
(short) pass to the player that far from you , the ball went to the nearest player .
So this time , the player could do what he(she) wants to do , compared to the previous series .

Int . : So , if you hold down the button long , your able to skip the thats close to you ?

T : Yes . You could use the normal (default pass ) button to do
what you`ve been doing with the Manual Pass . And also , you could change the target for
through pass`s and fly through`s .

Int : It looks like you could send a " fly through " , skipping the defensive mid fielder and send it to
the front line. (I don`t know if "front line" is the right word for this . )

T : Yes . In the previous series , " you wanted to pass to the nearest player but went to the far player " or
the opposite . The vagueness is gone . You could pick , which player (near or far) , you want to pass to .

Int. : Oh, I see . Are there any changes for pass`s besides these ?

T : The Centering (Cross ) has changed too . For the previous series , you changed "Far" "Near" "Grounder"
by how many times you press the button . But this time , furthermore , you could choose where you want
to pass (cross) the ball to .

Int, : If so , it looks like Centering (Crossing) will be very strong .

T : I think the feel of game play has changed alot . Also the movement of the ball is better .
So we were able to reproduced the shoot that you see in Premier League .
Your able to shoot the ball that bounce`s off the ground 2 or 3 times and
pierce`s in to the far side of the goal .

Int : And about the Free Kick , looks like indirect & trick play and has been added .

T : Yes. We thought that we couldn`t do any better at the time , but there was a technical innovation (lol) .
Also , we were able to increase the number of personal (individual) motions alot ,
that only specific player had in the last series .

Int. : So for the last series , there were like 4 or 5 patterns, but you added alot more to it ?

T : Yes , alot more to it . We can`t reveal the player names but we`ve added PK motion`s too .
Anyhow , we really worked on this (WE8) .

Int. : So, looks like there will be feature`s added for gameplay , like for Free kick`s ,
touching (or pushing?)the ball a little. Are there lots of this ?

T: Indirect Free kicks is a big sales point this time . Besides that there are more motion`s added for
Obstruction`s , etc. But these systems are difficult . Because there are problems with
the Goal Keeper and Defenders .

Int. : Like for Free Kick , moving the wall , because there are more FK variations added.

T: Yeah .(This doesn`t mean you could move the wall !! They don`t have a clue yet .)

Int. : So could you move the wall ?

T : I don`t have any clue yet . But we can`t runaway from it because we`ve given the
screenshots of the Indirect Free kick (lol) . We will add Indirect free kicks ,
BUT we haven`t decided if we will enable moving the walls , and don`t have a clue
how to move it , if were going to . Well we will do are best (lol) .

but one thing to get it straight , the pass button does both jobs, press for normal pass ( targets a team thats close to you ) hold the button down longer ( targets a team mate further away ).

right? .. so even with the pass button being held down longer, its still not free passing? is it?

On the normal pass , the only thing I don't like (pc pes3) its not the fact that it targets your closest team mate. But the speed the ball goes to that player. I am sure people will know what I am no about, you have the ball and close to you or closing you down is an op/player and just beyond him ( a couple of yards away if that) is your team mate. When you press pass to hit the ball to him, because he is so near, the ball just rolls along to him and its easy for the op/player close to you or closing you down to just stick out a foot and stop the ball.

I was hoping this year that Free passing would be in , but if I read the piece right, its not free passing but ( targeted all be it close ( one press ) and longer pass ( holding the pass button longer)

As i said , I find it annoying that the ball just seems to roll slowly if you pass to a team mate close to you, don't know how many times an op/player has stolen the ball because the pass automatically runs very slowly if your team mate is close. A power bar for the pass button would mean you could pick the speed of pass even to team mates close to you. Ok it would take a lot of getting used to , but I think would make the game better.

Don't get me wrong I will be buying it , just hoped for real free passing, with the normal pass button.

yes I know there is a free pass button , but it is hard to use , my right thumb is for pressing buttons and when I try to use free passing and use my thumb for the right analog stick to guide the pass I near have to let go of the right hand side of the pad and now my right finger from under the pad to try and press the free pass button. To awkward one thumb for controlling the player and the other for pressing the buttons, my top fingers are used to the shoulder buttons. Ok Im an old git ( only 46) but that is why I would like to see free passing with the normal pass button, you can then pick the speed of each pass.

From a foreign magazine comes further information regarding the forthcoming Winning Eleven 8. The news, which was submitted by forum member Kernel, tells us about new ball physics associated with the weather and the stadium. Balls now bounce and roll differently according to the stadium which the game is being played in. In stadium "A" the ball may only have a small amount of bounce, but in stadium "B" a ball may be seen to bounce more freely. Depending on the weather conditions (Rain for example) this effect is either increased or decreased.

Seal sa alustad 2 liigast kus on mingi 8 klubi ja saad siis edasi 1 liigase esimene liiga jaotub 4 pooleks(northen, southern jne), liigas on mängud, liiga karikad ja siis nagu CL ja Uefa Cup. Ok nimetused on teised aga põhimõteliselt. Klubisid on küll.
