Here are the prices for the Tallinn hashers and what is included:
165 EURO, Tallinn hashers coming on the ferry. Includes ferry Tallinn-Stockholm-Tallinn, full goodie bag and party onboard as for all the other hashers. Hotel in Tallinn and ferry to/from Helsinki is not included. Meals on return trip Stockholm-Tallinn not included.
20 EURO, Tallinn daytrippers. Includes pubcrawl (buy your own beer), Saturday hash in Tallinn and one T-shirt.
I need everybody to register, also the daytrippers as we want to know the numbers and sizes of T-shirts. Ask Tallinn daytrippers to write "Tallinn daytripper" in the comment field when they register. Tallinn hashers that are coming with the ferry need to pay in advance, best is to pay before 2012-12-31 when the price goes up. Most Tallinn hashers bought a raffle ticket so they need to pay 155 EURO before end of the year.
Note 1: This is a special offer for Tallinn hashers only, so I will not write about it on the homepage or spread it to people outside Tallinn.
Note 2: If anyone from Tallinn wants the full package (pre-lubes + Stockholm-Helsinki-Tallinn-Stockholm) that is of course fine. Then you pay the same price as everybody else and need to book return trip Stockholm-Tallinn yourself.
The Prague Hash House Harriers would like to invite you to join us for our Easter 2013 hash weekend. Running from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st March 2013, this will be the first big European Hash weekend of the year, and we plan to kick it all off with a bang.
The schedule is still being finalized, but you can expect the following events during the weekend;
Friday 29th March
Meet up for registration from 4pm-9pm
Red dress run through the streets and sights of Prague from 5pm
Pub crawl (beginning at around 8pm), taking in some of the best microbreweries in Prague. We plan to have several groups rotating between the bars at all times, as otherwise finding space to sit in comfort could be difficult!
Saturday 30th March
Meet up at 12 noon (approx) for main hash trail. There will be separate trails for walkers and runners, so everyone is welcome, not just the athletic people! Expect a very interesting trail, with the potential for getting wet and muddy entirely dependent on the weather!
Trail should finish around 4pm with a circle and down downs, including for any misdemeanors committed on Friday during the red dress run and pub crawl.
5pm - Everyone has time to go back to their hotels or wherever they are staying to get showered and changed.
8pm - ????? Main party. This will involve food, drinks, maybe some live music, and general hash silliness. As Prague has very relaxed rules about how long people are allowed to drink for, this could very well last the whole night!
Sunday 31st March
12 noon (approx) - Meet up for short hangover run. Again, expect runners and walkers trails, and this will take place in one of the most scenic areas of Prague, and may involve a small amount of danger1
All this, and you will also get a goodie bag, containing special, secret prizes, and the price includes free food and drinks on both Friday and Saturday, plus all drink stops during the trails and down down beers.
What price? I hear you ask....
There is an early bird price of just 80 Euros for all those who pay before January 31st
There is a second price of 90 Euros for those people who pay during the month of February
And a final price of 100 Euros for all the indecisive people who leave it until the last minute.

toes. Last year the only person who seemed
interested in organizing was Horny and now he's
bowed out. If you've announced your intent on the
n+1 (and increasing daily) communication channels
without any response, then assume that they're
happy that you take over. It's always been the
case in the past. Remember, H5 or MiB or someone
is also doing EuroHash in August so I'd guess
that might fill their quota of H3 organizing time
for the year. And hey, you used to be H3 mismanagement, back in the days.....

I'd say skip the ferry - it's a cheap night out
(if you book far enuf in advance?) and a good
time, but too much effort to coordinate.
Why the eff do you need to speak Finnish to
reserve Unisaari? Everyone in HELsinki speaks
English. It only took Lonely one short phone call
the first time and that was mostly to find out
exactly what they had to offer. We know that now.
Booking was trivial. (Esp. since they seem to be lightly booked then.)
The campsite looks brilliant - I didn't read in
detail but it looks a bit far from the sea.
Hopefully that means it is on a lake, which I much prefer.
Right now I'm on the fence - got some other
things going and it looks like it'll be an expensive trip for me this year.
BTW 2BitSlit is looking at bringing his wife and in-laws (4 total.)
Simply Red/Oslo H3 was also keen.

54 Euro per night so you can prob find a 4 star
hotel on special offer for the same price that night or less sharing.
Saturday
As its too complicated to organise a bus or book
obscure places without a web site then as Likkim
said we can do a DIY so was looking at the
following places that we could possibly do a Run,
Sauna hole and dinner for Saturday and use public transport.
