Sai darkfalli proovitud, retsept kasutajale Dominus, kes lubas oma kontot proovida.
Hea:
Liikumine on mugav
Graafika on piisavalt ilus, et mängu nautida
Graafika on mõnusalt sünge ja jättis väga hea mulje erinevalt wowi (mänginud 2 aastat) või wari (mänginud ca pool aastat) graafikast.
Halb:
Maailm tundus mängijatest suhteliselt tühi olevat (tõenäoliselt on viga ka minus, sest ma ei teadnud, kuhu minna ja kust verevalamist otsida)
Kasutajaliides oli kohmakas (ma ei pea ennast väga paljunõudlikuks ja lolliks, aga darkfalli kasutajaliides tundus mulle üpris toores)
Mitte ühtegi npc mobi ei näinud (jällegi.. osaliselt minu viga, aga osaliselt ka darkfalli viga .p)
Loodan, et mortal online saab parem olema .p
Täiendus: Sain kinnitust, et viga oli minus ja olin väga vales kohas, kus teisi mängijaid eriti ei kohta .)

Patchidega on juurde tulnud nii positiivseid kui ka negatiivseid asju.
Linnadele on lisatud väravad, omanikud saavad nüüd avada-sulgeda vastavalt.
Mõned lahendused macrode ja exploitide vastu on ka paigas.
Keegi mängib ka HV-st või olen ma ainuke?

It should be said that our patch notes contain only the most noteworthy updates to the game. They cannot contain everything we've done or everything that we're working on. The patches are substantial enough that we don't need to add every little thing to make them seem bigger. There are hundreds of smaller fixes and additions that we don't mention here but this is not all we've accomplished since the previous patch. During the week we also do a lot of work on things for future patches and updates. One of the most important and time consuming phases in incorporating an update to the live game is testing. We have many updates developed which are still in testing. If we haven't addressed a standing issue, it obviously doesn't mean that we're not going to, so please don't assume that we won't / can't / or aren't aware of it. In most cases we're already working on it.

Bug Fixes
There have been many bug fixes, including the following noteworthy ones:
* Fix for enchantment to prevent duplicate enchantments on an item.
* Fix to mule skill so that when your skill increases your maximum carrying weight will be updated immediately.
* Fix so that you can't use magic while mounted.
* Fix so you can't "fall through" water and walk under water.
* Clan guard towers have been fixed to work on all policy settings.
* Fix to ignore lists, where a player that was ignored would not show up in the ignore list
Additions
* A Trade channel has been added. Use by /trade . This will go out to all of the racial alliance
* Fighters Guild NPCs in Clan Cities now teach spirited archer
Gameplay
* A player will lose his invulnerability shield when running/spawning into a clan city/hamlet, unless he is a member of the clan owning the location.
* When a player leaves or is being kicked/banned from a Clan there will now be a timer of 45 minutes before he actually leaves the clan.
* Minimum time period between changing policies towards a Clan have been changed to 20 minutes.
* Alignment boost for killing or ganking an evil or enemy player has been reduced to 1 point.
* Ship cannon rate of fire has been balanced
* Unsummon / unspawn timers for warhulks and ships have been increased
Party and alignment:
* Parties will now follow standard rules for killing and ganking.
* If you kill/gank a friendly player in a party he/she will get the opportunity to forgive the killer.
* You will never get an alignment boost by killing a party member.
Enemy standing on the HUD:
You will now have the names of the players you target colored according to their standing towards you and your clan.
* Members of the same Clan as yours will have their name displayed in BRIGHT GREEN
* Members of Clans that you are at WAR with will have their name displayed in DARK ORANGE *
* Members of Clans that you are ALLIED with will have their name displayed in GREEN
* Opposing Racial Alliance will have their name displayed in DARK RED
* EVIL Racial Alliance players will have their name displayed in RED
* ROGUE Racial Alliance players will have their name displayed in GREY
* GOOD Racial Alliance players will have their name displayed in BLUE
These rules will follow in the order of: Clan Status, Opposing Racial Alliance, Same Racial Alliance.
Examples:
* An EVIL player of the same race as yours but a member of a clan that you are at WAR with will always show in DARK ORANGE
* A GOOD player of an Opposing Racial Alliance that does not have an affiliation with your Clan will always show in DARK RED
* An EVIL player of the same race as yours but a member of a clan that you are ALLIED with will always show in GREEN
* A GOOD player of the same race as your but a member of your clan will always show as BRIGHT GREEN

Mõnusalt nutune review wow carebearilt. Kahtlen, et see orbik mängis rohkem kui 1-2h. Sai vist liiga palju peksa mängus ja nerdrage võttis võimust
Mul pole aega ega huvi tema väiteid ümber lükata aga 70% tema jutust on puhas bs.

He draws direct comparisons between WoW and Darkfall, and Darkfall gets the shitty end of the stick when it doesn't mimic WoW.
EG: Look at how he criticizes the inventory system - He complains that you have to manually drag items and they aren't arranged in blocks, which is exactly like WoW.
When performing any unbiased evaluation of something, you have to 'forget' any other similar systems and judge it based solely it's stated objective, not in comparison to other similar systems. The exception to this is when you are writing a comparative review where you specifically compare two similar things. Oh dear God this reviewer should be fired ASAP.
Aventurine said looting and inventories were supposed to be messy and why they should be so. On those specific points, they get 10/10.
Also, this reviewer shows less understanding about the UI than a retarded monkey. Hotkeys and Num Lock exist for a reason. Did he manually drag his weapon to his paperdoll each time he wanted to use it?! Let's hope he at least learned how to stack arrows.
I rate his review 0/10. He's a presumptuous idiot that lacks two fundamental aspects of game reviewing: Knowing games and knowing how to write a review. |

Mis see täpne põhjus siis on, et varustust sorteerida ei saa? Et peabki olema lohakalt "messy"? LOTR, AoC, DF, WoW - igal pool sama jama. Üks erand on "Aioni" näol siiski olemas. Seal sai ilusti kõik ritta laotud, ei mingit segadust. Aga DF fännidel on suva. Loodetavasti on järgnev kommentaar kellegi hale nali:

Õpi trolle tundma dstar, kulub marjaks ära. Ma võin ka otsida kõige arulagedama CAPS LOCKZ kommentaari ja wow teemas iba ajada, eksole.
Loot system on UO-st maha viksitud. Ja põhjusega. Darkfallis saab väga ilusti asju stackida ning sorteerida. Lootimine on spetsiaalselt Drag & Drop.
Ei ole mingit kiiret autolooti ja muud jama. Võitluse ajal pole aega lootimiseks, kui üritad siis riskid surmaga.
Ma ei saa aru miks peab mingit möla ajama kui pole isegi mängu korralikult proovinud. Kui tahad teada siis proovi oma käega ära mitte ära usu iga pubeka sõna ja kibestunud reviewerite üllitisi.
Tõsi, Darkfall pole igaühele. Kui sa eelistad vaikselt wow-i toksida pühapäeviti siis palun väga.
Kirjeldaks Darkfalli kui Ultima Online 3D, kus on elemente ka teistest PvP/PK mmo-dest. Ei meeldi? Don't play. K thx.
Nagu lasteaed, pidevalt risustate teemat oma "ärapanemistega". Wow iz cool 4 u. We get it. Now gtfo.

Mis aastal DF tegema hakati, 2001? Oleks mäng 2004-05 välja tulnud, poleks midagi eriti kobiseda, sest graafika, animatsioonid, looting ja kõik muu sobivad suurepäraselt sellesse aega. Aga vaadates YT gameplay klippe ja lugedes 2/10 arvustusi, tekib tunne nagu oleks ajas tagasi rännanud ja seepärast on soov mängu ise proovida väga raske tekkima. Kui oleks valida, kas Trabant või Ferrari, siis millise auto roolis meelsamini istuksid?
